Depending on the order volume and where you live, the time it can take for your order to arrive may vary. Please allow 3-5 business days for fulfillment once your order has been processed and payment confirmation is received. This excludes weekends, as we ship from Monday-Friday.

You can return your order within 28 days the item has been delivered. Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal.

Go to https://returns.coursework.co/ to start your return. Once the process is complete, you will be provided a return label or return QR code for USPS.

Returns are eligible for full refunds upon inspection. The item must be in good, unworn condition with tags still attached and must arrive back to us no later than 28 days from the delivery date.

We offer direct exchanges in size for the same product. If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product, you must return your original item and place a new order. Depending on the option you choose during the returns process, we will issue you a store credit immediately once your items are approved or issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

Please understand that we could not cancel the order if an order was already packaged and sent out for delivery. Cancellation can only happen within the first 12 hours of ordering. Otherwise, it is not guaranteed we could cancel it, and you might lose your shipping fee cost.
